Issue Rationale for bids to be awarded as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.012 and School Board Policy

a. Motor Oil & Transmission Fluid Bid #15-TR-89 - Bid established for the purchase and delivery of motor oil and transmission fluid for county vehicles. Seven (7) bids solicited plus listed on our web site for down load. Three (3) bids were received, one (1) bid incomplete, and one (1) bid not as specified. The vendor awarded is the lowest most qualified responsive bidder meeting specifications.

Contract Period is April 16, 2015 through April 21, 2016.

Recommended Action

Award bids as follows:

a. Motor Oil & Transmission Fluid Bid #15-TR-89 Recommend award to:
