C-31 Substantial and Final Completion of Keystone Heights High School Lightning Protection System
Issue/Rationale
Establish a Substantial and Final Completion date for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. The project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Architect, has reached Substantial Completion in accordance with the project documents on March 18, 2015 and Final Completion on March 18, 2015.
Recommended Action
Approve Substantial and Final Completion.
