Item Title
Receive for Discussion Updated Educational Impact Fee Technical Report

Issue/Rationale
The current County Ordinance requires the review of the educational impact fee data after October, 2007.  The impact fee technical report has been updated and is ready for School Board review and discussion.  The current Ordinance does not sunset.  According to Florida Statute, any impact fee must be based on current and localized data.  Also any new or revised impact fee amount cannot be implemented until ninety (90) days after Governmental approval.  Our intent is to present the updated technical report, discuss the technical report perspectives and to bring it back to the Board in May, 2008 with a Resolution to the Board of County Commissioners requesting their approval and implementation including the educational impact fee amount that must be decided upon by the Board.

Recommended Action
Receive and discuss the updated Educational Impact Fee Technical Report.

Per Educational Impact Fee Technical Report and School Board direction.
