April 17, 2008 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #16 Item Title C-16 Extend Advertisement of Amendments to 2008-2009 Elementary & Secondary Code of Student Conduct Issue/Rationale Florida Statutues require an annual review for modifications, changes, and additions to the Code of Conduct due to any legislative actions and local school requests.  There are no substantial changes to the document for 2008-2009 in the areas of student discipline. Recommended Action Advertise the amendments to the 2008-2009 Elementary and Secondary Codes of Conduct as submitted.
