April 17, 2008 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #6 Item Title C-5 Memorandum of Understanding - CCDS/UNF 2008-2009 Issue/Rationale To approve the memorandum of Understanding which will allow continuation of the present SPRINT/EXCEL positions.  Approval would allow us to continue this cooperative relationship with the University of North Florida which greatly benefits both the district and the University. Recommended Action Approve the Memorandum as presented. Financial Impact Cost to Clay County is one-half of each of two teachers' salaries and benefits.  We anticipate the same approximate cost for next school year as for the 2007-2008 school year.
