April 17, 2008 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #3 Item Title C-2 Settlement Agreement with Christopher Burton and Tiki Burton, individually and as parents and guardians of N'Colas Burton, a minor Issue/Rationale The Settlement Agreement with Mr. and Mrs. Burton, settles their lawsuit against the School Board of Clay County, Florida, filed in the Circuit Court seeking money damages for injuries received by N'Colar Burton when he slipped and fell on a wet floor thereby causing intracranial hemorrhage, resulting in hospitalization and the incursion of medical bills and resultant physical injury.
