D-3 Approve Memorandum of Understanding between City of Green Cove Springs, Florida and The School Board of Clay County, Florida regarding joint facilities
Issue/Rationale
Bright Minds Youth Development, Inc., a not for profit corporation, is sponsoring a summer camp for youth throughout the county. The City of Green Cove Springs is allowing the use of the Augusta Savage facility for camp activities. Additional space is needed for activities due to the number of participants. Bannerman Learning Center is situated near the Augusta Savage facility, is not in use during the summer months, and would be suitable for use.
Recommended Action
Superintendent recommends approval.
