Each phase or combination of phases is submitted to the School Board for review and approval. The plans have received staff review and are complete to Schematic/ Preliminary/Final stage.

Recommended Action

Approve the Plans and Specifications.

Financial Impact

The Architect’s construction cost estimate is $275,930.00. The District’s budget for this project is $220,000.00.
