April 17, 2014 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #16 Item Title C-19 Interpreters Services Contract 2014-15. Issue/Rationale Clay District Schools must provide Interpreters to meet current student needs.  Students who are deaf/hard of hearing, are entitled under the Individual with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) to district provided Interpreters in order to participate successfully in their education.
