Issue Rationale of Contracts

Vector Security Commercial Purchase and Services Agreement submitted by the Information Services Department is a service agreement to provide building security monitoring and contract repair service for Information Services Buildings 2 and 9.  Agreement is critical because building coverage has expired.  The School Board currently has agreements with Vector Security for other District buildings.   

Approve Vector Security Commercial Purchase and Services Agreement and designate Nancy Racine, Director of Purchasing the authority to sign new/renewal Vector Security Commercial Purchase and Services Agreements for the School Board.

Information Services Department buildings 2 and 9 fee is $24.95 per month per building.  Rates vary for other District building plus the annual renewal fees.
