Issue/Rationale
Amendment to this policy defines and re-establishes the School Board's statutory authority with regard to purchasing and contracting and creates a means by which the School Board can ensure that they are fully advised of, participate in and control purchasing and contracting decisions.

Recommended Action

Superintendent does not recommend approval.
