C-16 SEDNET Lutheran Services Florida Contract revision April 2014

Issue/Rationale
Amendment to Lutheran Services Florida, Inc. (LSF) contract replaces Department of Children and Families (DCF) contract starting July 2012 and ending on June 30, 2016 for SEDNET 4 which is the Multiagency for Emotional/Behavioral Disabled Students Network.

Recommended Action
Approve revision to contract.

Financial Impact
There is no cost to The School District of Clay County.

Lutheran Services Florida, Inc.provides funds to the district.
