Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval.  The additive changes are for owner requested items (see attached).

Approve the Change Order.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $50,642.50.  The Substantial Completion date for Phase I is June 4, 2012.  Final Completion date for Phase I is July 5, 2012.  Contract Substantial Completion date for Phase II is January 13, 2013.  Final Completion date for Phase II is February 12, 2013.  Architect fees will increase by $3,038.55 as a result of this change order.
