Day Camp Proposal between Dye-Clay Family YMCA and Argyle Elementary, Middleburg Elementary, Montclair Elementary, Thunderbolt Elementary, and Green Cove Springs Junior High (in place of Charles E. Bennett Elementary due to School Construction Projects)
Recommended Action
Approve the YMCA's request for use of Argyle Elementary, Middleburg Elementary, Montclair Elementary, Thunderbolt Elementary, and Green Cove Springs Junior High for their Day Camp Program.
Financial Impact
The YMCA will rent the cafeteria of Argyle Elementary, Middleburg Elementary, Montclair Elementary, and Green Cove Springs Junior High for 12 hours a day, five days a week, at a rental rate of $100.00 per day, per school and will rent the use of the cafeteria and two (2) portables of Thunderbolt Elementary for 12 hours a day, five days a week, at a rental rate of $180.00 day.
