Extend current bid contracts that are expiring and the following conditions exist:

1-Vendor's Products and/or Services have been satisfactory.

2-Terms and Conditions remain the same and are favorable to the Clay County School Board

3-The User(s) have confirmed an on-going need exists

Process meets the bid requirements of Chapter 6A-1, State Board Rules, ensures competitive pricing, satisfactory products/services and reduces the costs to the Clay County School Baord that are associated with the solicitation of bids.
