Item Title
Ratify the 2010-2014 Master Contract between the Clay Educational Staff Professional Association and the School District of Clay County
Issue/Rationale
Florida Statute requires the School Board to bargain collectively in the determination of wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment for support personnel. This Agreement must be signed and ratified by the public employer and the public employees of the bargaining unit.
Recommended Action
Ratify the Tentative Agreement for 2010-2014 which includes status quo of the current 2010-2011 salary schedule.
Financial Impact
The Tentative Agreement represents status quo on the current 2010-2011 salary schedule. That is, no step increase for 2010-2011.
