Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board.  This change order is required to correct code issues, replace deteriorated sheathing and rafters and change drip edge to wide profile.  Contractor:  Halbert Contracting Company, Inc.; Architect:  McCullar & Boatright Architects, P.A.

Approve the change order.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $27,128.12.  The substantial completion date is July 2, 2011.  Architect fees will increase by $1,627.69 as a result of this Change Order.
