Agenda Item #48 Item Title C-47 Additive Change Order #1 for District Office Plumbing and HVAC Replacement Superintendents Office Building 3 Issue/Rationale Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. The additive changes are for structural modifications for first floor restroom. Recommended Action Approve the Change Order. Financial Impact If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $10,337.00. The Substantial Completion date is May 22, 2011. Final Completion date is June 6, 2011. Architect fees will increase by $620.22 as a result of this change order. Submitted By Michael J.
