Establish a Substantial Completion date formally for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. This date is determined by the Project Manager in accordance with project documents.  Substantial Completion was achieved on March 4, 2011.

This phase of the project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Architect (Paul Stresing Associates, Inc.), is substantially complete and in accordance with the project documents. Liquidated damages are specified in the contract; therefore, a substantial completion date must be formally established.  Contractor:  M. M. Parrish Construction Company.

Approve Substantial Completion.
