Issue Rationale for bids to be awarded as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.012 and School Board Policy 

a.  Relocation of Portable Classrooms & Sheds Bid #16-F-222 - Bid established for the purchase of all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform the relocation of portable classrooms & sheds from one School Board site to another countywide. Item 15 Permit Fee pricing are subject to change. Four (4) bids solicited plus listed on our web site for download. Two (2) bids were received, and one (1) not as specified bid and one (1) no bid. The vendors awarded are the lowest most responsive qualified bidders meeting specifications. Contract Period is April 22, 2016 through April 30, 2019 and may be renewed for one (1) additional (3) year period. 

b.  Closed Circuit TV Surveillance Systems Bid #16-F-221 - Bid established for the purchase and/or installation of materials for Closed Circuit TV Surveillance Systems County Wide. Nineteen (19) bids solicited plus listed on our web site for download. Two (2) bids were received, and three (3) no bid. The vendors awarded are the lowest responsive and responsible qualified bidders meeting specifications. Contract Period is April 22, 2016 through April 30, 2019 and may be renewed for one (1) additional (3) year period.
