April 21, 2016 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #51 Item Title D-3 Fiscal Year Audit 2014-2015 Issue/Rationale The Florida Auditor General's Office has made an audit of the district's 2014-15 financial records.  The audit report is to be made part of the public record.  Recommended Action Accept the State of Florida Auditor General's Report No. 2016-157, The School Board of Clay County Financial, Operational, and Federal Single Audit, for the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2015. Financial Impact There is no financial impact when the Auditor General's Office audits the School District.
