Issue/Rationale
Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board. This change order is required to add days to the contract due to rain. Contractor: Barber & Associates, Inc.; Architect: Bhide & Hall Architects, P.A.
Recommended Action
Approve the change order.
Financial Impact
If approved, this Change Order will add 14 additional days to the contract due to rain.
