Authorize the School Board Attorney to draft a letter to the Clay County Supervisor of Elections, signed by the Board Chairman, directing said Supervisor of Elections to place on the ballot for the November 4, 2014, general election the question set forth in the Resolution passed by The School Board of Clay County, Florida, regarding the appointment of the Clay County Superintendent of Schools, which question is to be decided by the electors of Clay County.
