C-7 2007-2008 Clay Assessment System (CAS) Manual

Issue/Rationale

Modifications to the CAS Manual and corresponding instructional appraisal forms will allow the district to design and adopt a Merit Award Program plan in order to award performance pay to instructional personnel.

The instructional appraisal forms have been amended to ready the district for compliance with the state's Merit Award Program.

Recommended Action
Approve the CAS Manual as presented.
