C-40 Substantial Completion of Montclair Elementary School Panelboard Replacement Buildings 1 – 3
Issue/Rationale
Establish a Substantial Completion date formally for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. Substantial Completion was achieved on July 31, 2011. This phase of the project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Engineer (KPI Engineering, Inc.), is substantially complete and in accordance with the project documents. Contractor: Parks Electric Service, Inc.
Recommended Action
Approve Substantial Completion.
