Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board.  This change order is required to replace deteriorated plywood uncovered during construction. Contractor:  Childers Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc.; Architect:  McCullar & Boatright Architects, P.A.

Approve the change order.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $2,688.00.  The substantial completion date is July 29, 2010.  Architect fees will increase by $161.28 as a result of this Change Order.
