Agenda Item #47 Item Title C-46 Additive Change Order #17 for OakLeaf High School Issue/Rationale Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. The additive changes are for District requested items and GMP line item returns. See the attached pricing bulletin. Recommended Action Approve the Change Order. Financial Impact If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $54,310.58. The Substantial Completion date is June 16, 2010. Final Completion date is September 6, 2010. Architect fees will increase by $2,715.53 as a result of this change order. Submitted By Michael J.
