C-50 Substantial Completion of Clay High School Buildings 1, 2, & 3 Electric Panels Replacement

Issue/Rationale

Establish a Substantial Completion date formally for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. This date is determined by the Project Manager in accordance with project documents.  Substantial Completion was achieved on July 29, 2010.

                                                                                   

The project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Engineer (KPI Engineering, Inc.), is substantially complete and in accordance with the project documents. Liquidated damages are specified in the contract; therefore, a substantial completion date must be formally established.

Approve Substantial Completion
