Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board.  This change order is required to furnish and install a new door and to move an existing floor drain to accommodate the new units. Contractor:  W. W. Gay Mechanical Contractor, Inc.; Engineer:  KPI Engineering, Inc.  

Approve the change order.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $9,254.00.  The substantial completion date was July 29, 2010.  Architect fees will increase by $555.24 as a result of this Change Order.
