Agenda Item #46 Item Title C-45 Additive Change Order #2 for Orange Park High School Fire Alarm Replacement Issue/Rationale Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. The additive changes are required to provide conduit under the canopy on the west wing and provide conduit between the gymnasium and building 31. Recommended Action Approve the Change Order. Financial Impact If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $7,096.91. The Substantial Completion date is August 13, 2010. Final Completion date is September 13, 2010. Architect fees will increase by $425.81 as a result of this change order. Submitted By Michael J.
