Item Title
C-4 Human Resources Management Development Plan - Revision

Issue/Rationale
The Clay County Human Resources Management Development Plan is being revised based on the Florida Leadership Standards to implement a new appraisal system for school-based administrators (Principals, Vice Principals, and Assistant Principals) to be effective the 2010-2011 school year. Upon approval by the School Board, the Plan will be resubmitted to the Department of Education.

Recommended Action
Approve the revision as submitted.
