Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board.  This change order is required to replace AMU-3 and CU-3 in Building 1.  Contractor:  Core Construction Company; Engineer:  KPI Engineering, Inc.  

Approve the change order.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $22,243.00.  The substantial completion date was August 8, 2010.  Architect fees will increase by $1,334.58 as a result of this Change Order.
