Item Title
C-26 Final Completion to Install an Additional Chiller at Ridgeview High School
Issue/Rationale
Establish a Final Completion date formally for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. This date is determined by the Project Manager in accordance with Project doucments. Final Completion was achieved on April 30, 2009.
The project, as determined by the Project Mnaager and Project Engineer (Estrella Engineering Incorporated), has achieved Final Completion in accordance with the project documents. Liquidated damages are specified in the contract; therefore, a Final Completion date must be formally established.
Recommended Action
Approve Final Completion as submitted effective, April 30, 2009.
