C-41 Deductive Change Order #2 for Lakeside Junior High School Buildings 1, 2, & 3 Re-Roof
Issue/Rationale
Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. The deductive changes are required to deduct for using aluminum roof drains in lieu of cast iron drains.
Recommended Action
Approve the Change Order.
Financial Impact
If approved, this Change Order will decrease the contract amount by $2,500.00. The Substantial and Final Completion date is August 14, 2009. Architect fees will not change as a result of this change order.
