C-42 Spot Educational Plant Surveys

Issue/Rationale

A spot survey is required to be approved by the Department of Education when any change/addition or deletion is made to a school facility. With the completion of Plantation Oaks Elementary and the reorganization of grades at the OakLeaf School, it is recommended that the school be redesignated as OakLeaf Junior High School grades 6, 7 and 8 effective June 9, 2009 and Argyle Elementary and Plantation Oaks Elementary Schools be redesignated as PK-5 schools.

Recommended Action

Approve Spot Educational Plant Surveys for OakLeaf Junior High (6-8), Argyle Elementary (PK-5) and Plantation Oaks Elementary (PK-5).
