Item Title
C-12 Amend the Department of Children and Families (DCF) contract to be served by the Multi-agency Network for Students with Emotional/Behavioral Disabilities (SEDNET) Grant for July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009.
Issue/Rationale
Contract amended due to decrease funding and services and technical changes.
The contract provides extra services to emotionally disturbed children and children at risk of serious problems.
Recommended Action
The Superintendent recommends approval.
Financial Impact
Department of Children and Families will provide additional state funds to the SEDNET project. There is no cost to the School District of Clay County.
