August 21, 2012 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #11 Item Title C-10 Multi-District Agreement with Duval County Issue/Rationale Some students, such as deaf/hard of hearing or visually impaired students, have very specialized needs that may be difficult to provide.  Contracting with a school district with larger populations of such students can provide the appropriate services in a cost effective manner.
