C-25 Rightpath Behavioral Health Services 2014-15.

Issue/Rationale

This agreement provides counseling services required for students with significant behavioral disabilities. Services are provided by employees of Rightpath Behavioral Health Services on school campuses.

Counseling is a mandated service specified in a student's Individual Education Plan.

Recommended Action
Approve Rightpath Behavioral Health Services Agreement.

Financial Impact
Using a contractor is the most cost efficient way to provide these services. Cost for services is approximately $45,000.00.
