August 21, 2014 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #4 Item Title C-4 Renew Service Agreement with Apple. Inc. Issue/Rationale In order to piggyback off existing contracts for Apple Services and have services available for use in September, the District will need to enter a Professional Services Contract with Apple. The Director of Purchasing and the School Board Attorney are working with Apple to identify appropriate services and wording of the contract. The Director of Purchasing needs authorization to contract for purchase when language has been finalized. Recommended Action Authorize the Director of Purchasing to sign the contract with Apple, Inc. for engineering assistance with deployment and providing administrator - level coaching and mentoring.
