August 21, 2014 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #25 Item Title C-27 School Afffiliation Agreement between CCSD and Orange Park Medical Center Issue/Rationale CCSD and OPMC agree to establish a list of sponsorship opportunities each year. This list will be prepared jointly in order to enhance and promote the parties' affiliation with each other for the benefit of the school's students. Both parties will endeavor to contribute funding, volunteer services, equipment and other items and services to best serve the needs of the students and the community.
