C-33 Deductive Change Order #2 for Middleburg High School Flooring Replacement

Issue/Rationale

Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. The deductive changes are for the deletion of tile removal (see attached).

Recommended Action
Approve the change order.

Financial Impact
If approved, this Change Order will decrease the contract amount by $5,009.54. The Substantial Completion date is July 30, 2015. Final Completion date is August 14, 2015. Architect fees will not increase as a result of this change order.
