Agenda Item #29 Item Title C-29 Additive Change Order #1 for Oakleaf Junior High School Drainage Work in Portable/Boardwalk Area Issue/Rationale Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. The additive changes are for Owner requested and unforeseen changes associated with renovations (see attached). Recommended Action Approve the change order. Financial Impact If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $1,193.50. The Substantial Completion date is July 20, 2015. Final Completion date is August 4, 2015. Architect fees will increase by $71.61 as a result of this change order. Submitted By John C.
