Issue/Rationale
Establish a Substantial and Final Completion date for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. The project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Architect, has reached Substantial Completion in accordance with the project documents on July 30, 2015 and Final Completion on August 14, 2015.
