Issue/Rationale
Establish a Substantial and Final Completion date for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. The project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Architect, has reached Substantial Completion in accordance with the project documents on July 20, 2015. Final Completion was achieved on August 4, 2015.
