Issue/Rationale
Establish a Substantial Completion date for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. The project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Engineer, has reached Substantial Completion in accordance with the project documents on August 14, 2015.
Recommended Action
Approve Substantial Completion.
