August 3, 2009 Special Meeting - Budget Agenda Item #6 Item Title Adopt the 2009-10 discretionary critical needs (operating) mill levy Issue/Rationale Revenue will be used for technology and reserved for revenue shortfall.  Recommended Action State allows by super majority an additional .250 mill.  Motion to adopt supplemental critical operating needs mill levy of 0.250 which is (6.09) percent less than the rolled-back rate.
