Item Title
Maintenance and Indemnification Agreement with the Board of County Commissioners for Walkpaths to Coppergate Elementary

Issue/Rationale

This agreement will allow direct pedestrian access from Shannon Lakes and Shamrock Lake subdivisions onto Coppergate Elementary School. It will provide the most direct and safest walkpath to the school.

The agreement will be finalized and attached to this item 48 hours prior to the School Board meeting.

Recommended Action
Approve the agreement.
