C-5 Purchase Agreement with Riverdeep, Inc.

Issue/Rationale

Riverdeep provides an instructional organizer that includes online lesson plans for teachers that correlate with current textbooks and allows varied access to teachers, students and parents. By committing to this Purchase Agreement Contract, to add licenses for K-5, we are able to lock into guaranteed pricing for 2007.

Recommended Action
Approve the Contract as submitted.
