C-39 OPFL, LLC Drainage Easement for Orange Park Junior High School

Issue/Rationale

The property owner’s representative OPFL, LLC, would like the School Board to grant an easement to allow them to tap into the drainage easement that we have for the Town of Orange Park directly behind Orange Park Junior High School.

Recommended Action

Approve the Easement.
