The Software Source Code Assignment Agreement between Northeast Florida Education Consortium, School Board of Clay County and School Board of Putnam County formalizes the transfer to School Board of Putnam County and the Northeast Florida Education Consortium the right to use and modify Individual Performance Development Plan software (IPDP)
